I just got my navel pierced on the 22nd. at first it didn't hurt that bad, but the last few days I've experienced some abdominal pain, like I can stretch or bend certain ways. Is this normal? Going to a chiropractor for shoulder weakness? Is she a quack or legit?

i tend to think that all chiropractors are quacks. I went to 2 within the past year and feel like i wasted tons of money. i should have just gone to an orthopedic doc in the first place and i could have saved myself a lot of time and money. the first chiropractor i went to took x rays and told me that the reason i was having lower back pain was because my spine needed aligned. so i continued to go and there was no change. in fact it got worse. i then went to a different chiro and that helped some but was not getting the results i wanted. when i went to the orthopedic dr they took x rays and an MRI. it sounds to me like you need an MRI so they know exactly what is going on with your muscles. it hink chiropractors can harm your injury even more. you cannot diagnose something just by looking at it. anyway, i found out that i have extreme spinal stenosis... and i would have never of found that out if i continued going to the chiro. an orthopedic dr will be able to tell you exactly what is wrong instead of telling you what they THINK may be wrong. and something like physical therapy may be better for you that being re aligned and so forth. hope i helped =) good luck

I wouldn't try and be sneaky and not get caught, that always turns out bad - trust me. It seems like your mom is just over protective, and that's a good thing! I have an iPod touch. I'm not sure what generation but it doesn't take pictures, so it's not the newest one. Well anyway I'm unable to sync it with my computer and the screen is cracked. Recently my incredibly weird half brother has been imprisoned (again) and my Father seems to bend over backwards to help him get on his feet. Well, my brother got mad at me for calling him stupid so he took my computers tower and tossed it down 3 story stair well at my apartment. But when i plugged it worked. The CD drive fell out and the cover completely fell off. Everyone being different all I can do is give pointers. Your workout looks good. I went for being ripped and cut and found that keeping the weight lower than I can max worked better for me. I'm 6ft around 175 and less than 5% body fat. For cardio I went more for individual sports like cycling, handball, tennis... Seemed to get better results. Leaner muscle mass proved to be good as I got older, lower weights and more reps is easier to maintain after injuries. Looks like you got a good plan. Go with more dumbells and you'll see a more symetrical build.

For about the past week my wrist has been hurting to bend forward or backward. At first it was just forward but now it's backward too. Putting pressure on it makes it hurt even more. It's not intense pain but it feels like it really needs to crack but I've cracked it many times (even tho it's painful to roll around too) and the pain doesn't go away. Do you think it could be injured? I'm wearing a supportive splint right now (one of those black ones with the velcrow) to keep me from moving it in those painful directions. It annoys me to no end when parents put pics on facebook of their children misbehaving. A recent video was of a 2 yr old throwing a tantrum and kicking her older sister in the face. The mother laughed the whole time then claimed to 'whoop her ***' afterwards. Even the lesser things like scribbling on the walls or climbing on furniture turn up in pictures everywhere. I have a lot of swelling at the injection site as well as pain whenever I use my arm. No discoloration but it hurts and it's keeping me up at nighttime, is this normal?

I fell down the stairs 4 days ago and sort of rolled over my ankle. I spent that day and the day after icing it on and off for 10 minutes each and bandaged it. I performed on it the second night but had it strapped very tight so it didn't hurt. I can walk, flex, bend, point and everything without any pain although sometimes if i have been sitting/lying down for a while it tends to hurt when I get up and it's quite bruised and swollen.... what do you think it wrong with it? and how long until I can dance again?!!

Is my wrist fractured?

Hey, so about 2 weeks ago I fell on my wrist playing basketball and the next morning it hurt a lot due to some swelling. Then the day after the pain went down a bit. I kept icing it and putting Bengay on it. Then the next few days after my wrist started getting a lot better and I could play basketball but still with some pain. Now my wrist is almost fully healed and I can put some pressure on it, but still hurts a little when I bend it a certain way. What I'm worried about is did my wrist get fractured and the bones heal the wrong way? I mean is it even possible for the bones to heal that fast. Maybe I'm just really paranoid. How can you tell if your bones healed the wrong way? Thanks.

Pain in my knees after i exercise?

The tendons are tightening up after you exercise to cause those pains. It pulls the kneecap up on and into the knee to make it hard and painful to do the steps. The tendons can be freed up but are difficult to do so you should find one that works with them to help you out. The medical field doesn't get into them at all so they won't be of any help.

My 2011 Ninja 250r is running 60mph at 8.2-8.3k rpms. does anyone know if it's losing power?

When I bought my 2011 ninja 250r I didn't over rev the engine during the break in period, and got my first oil change at 1k miles as per dealership suggestion. I was going 60mph @ less than 8k rpms. then I road it on a really hot day and I seemed to lose power. about 500rpms worth. sometimes it would get back up there but now it seems to stay about 3-400rpms less power than when I bought it. After careful thought and consideration, I decided to change the oil and filter at 4k miles... whoops, I know it should have been done sooner, keeping in mind that I road it pretty hard for a couple of days after I noticed lost power(hwy travel) =( but is it possible that maybe some seals got damaged or something, that could be the reason I seem to be losing power. Or could the heat and general break in, be the reason for the lost power? Im looking for an experienced answer. I would definitely be greatful for any knowledge on the subject matter. I really dont' want to take it to a dealer. also anyone that has a newer model 250r and wants to share there speeds @ rpms please let me know. mainly what your rpms are at 60mph. Thanks in advance!

If it is bent enough to where you can visually tell it is bent, a camber kit is not going to put it back into specs. Without replacing the arm, the only other way is to try to bend it back in position and then check the alignment readings and then repeat if needed.

Microwave is shocking me, what gives?

There appears to be a short in the microwave as well as a bad ground. The short should ground to the easiest path which should be the recepticle. If you are being shocked then you are the best ground. By moving you are probably moving to a spot that grounds you better. replace the microwave and call an electrician. The breaker should trip if there is a short. very dangerous.

Haha, I would say so! Any regular exercise will help to tone and this seems more than adequate. If you eat everything in moderation, focus on getting plenty of protein, and replace your typical beverages with water you're guarenteed to see some changes to your build. By "cut" I assume you mean something a little more than just a little toning... So if you don't see drastic enough changes after 2 weeks or so then add some more muscle-building exercises to your regiment. Just don't forget to eat right and drink lots of water everyday!

Wow Cat797 is one awesome king. But really depends how powerfull your locomotive is. need to consider locos have an easy job pulling loads along a relatively flat rail road with metal rails that have much less resistance. The 797 however has to be able to climb up inclines and move on its huge gignormous wheels which have immense surface area in contact with a muddy sticky floor. So I would say the Caterpillar 797 should be much more powerful right on!

Why do I feel dizzy when I stand up?

My job requires me to be bent over for 3 hours flipping boxes but when I go to take a break and stand up I get really light headed and feel extremely dizzy and sometimes I feel like I am going to fall over. Depends on what you specifically need on your team. Gregg isn't very good, and Baltimore won't give him too many save situations. Sandoval is having a good season, but can be an injury liability. As for Team B, Quentin's .260 AVG is a disappointment, but his 17 HR puts him as one of the top power hitters in baseball. And Romero's having another solid season (2.98 ERA), but his record (6-7) doesn't show it, since Toronto doesn't give him too much run support. Ultimately, I'd say Team B is getting the better deal, but like I said, it really depends on what your specific team needs. Hope this helps!

I have also heard you can use him against other zombies by shooting him with the gun that turns zombies into humans but i have not tried these so they are not yet facts untill tou try it yourself

Possible causes for the pain in my left knee...?

Two years ago, I was play fightinh on the stairs with my brother (bad idea, I know), any way I kicked him &he grabbed my right leg causing me to fall down three stairs onto my left knee. It hurt very bad! But, I'd hurt my knee many times and figured it would heal on it's own. Last year I went to the doctor for it, he claimed 'it's normal', whatever that means. I have been suffering severe upper arm pain since Feb. of this year and it just gets worse! I have been to the ER and the doctor. My x-rays are clean. Adult with bad whooping cough! Advise!!?

I'm on my 5th week of whooping cough. I finally went to doctor 3rd week to be told I had walking pneumonia. I was given antibiotics and an inhaler. They did not work. Went back a week later and was diagnosed with whooping cough. I was told to keep doing the inhaler every 4 hours and I was given an inhaler with steroids in it to do 2x a day (to keep the swelling down in chest). I also take the cough syrup with codeine in it (takes the edge off but does not take the cough away). All this seems to keep the coughing fits down. I also sleep elevated in a cool room with a cough drop in my mouth! I hope you get relief soon, this stuff in no joke!

Team Purple has a check to each pokemon as well, Jolteon for Chatot, Onix for Charizard, Flygon for Rachu, Blastoise for Sandslash, Jolteon or Onix for Crobat and Jolteon for Kingler. Why did I faint after an HPV and whooping cough shot?

I sadly couldn't find another within my price range that came even close to my car in luxury features. I have a budget of around $7800. I found two vehicles one was a 2001 Audi A4 1.8T for $5995 that was loaded and only had a cracked taillight cover (no big whoop, I see it as a bargaining chip). The cons of it were: 109,000 miles, no tint (a necessary when you have Leather in AZ), premium gas, synthetic oil and expensive replacement parts (not really that big an issue just may cause price of a warranty to go up). The sonata (priced $9,998 with 91,356 miles) I looked at also had it's ups and downs, positives: steering wheel volume controls, a digital Gauge that tells you how far you can go on a tank, cheap and few repairs, new body style and powerful but efficient v6. Cons: cloth seats, drivers seat adjustment may have been broken (didn't really try much to adjust it, raises my insurance, the alignment was off (It didn't pull it just went strait when the wheel was at a non significant angle, just another bargaining chip). Macbook air screen flickering?

I have a macbook air 13 in. and i was playing a game on miniclip (save the sheriff to be exact) and i noticed that there were a few thin horizontal white lines flickering on the edge and minimized the window and changed my background to black and there were still the lines so it's not the site. also for the past few months when i'm watching videos on megavideo and videobb then my computer starts to over heat or something and it forces me to turn it off. could the overheating or whatever was happening have effected the screen or maybe from not carrying it properly (holding it by a corner meaning it strains everything by trying not to bend) (which i try to avoid doing but still do it)? it's only today that this has been happening and you can't even tell that there are lines unless you have a dark background so is this a major thing that i should go to an apple store about or do you think that it should just be fine?

Red Raw wounds in belly button?

I got punched in the stomach the other day pretty lightly, but enough to kinda take the wind out of me.. It was my friend just messin around, ever since then ive had this really sore pain right at the upper part of my belly button going about 2 inches above it.. when i push down on it it just feels really sore like a bruise, sharp pain.. its really irritating when i bend forward or goto sit down, and it keeps waking me up from sleep every time i roll on my stomache (im 300 pounds 6 feet so definitely a big guy with a big gut) but the weird part is I looked inside my belly button and apart from being a little swollen and it feels all hot, theres a red raw scratch looking thing thats going from inside of my belly button down inside(where i cant see the bottom of it) and theres 1 other small red scratch/wound/rash in there aswell, same type but a lot smaller.. its definitely not red skin though its actually a wound i can see the moisture inside of it.. but its reallly light almost like someone scraped your knee really quick with a piece of sandpaper... anyways this has been happening now for 2 nights and its really annoying and starting to worry me.. i cant goto the doctors either so anything would help

23 month old behavior worries me. Help plz!?

It strikes me as strange that I can help any one else with these types of problems but when it is my own child I don't know what I am doing! My lil girl will be 2 in August this year and her father says she needs to start learning. The reason for that is when we are talking she will start yelling to be heard over us but when we stop she stops. When we get onto her she slaps at us, we change her she kicks at us, when we tell her to stop she tell us "no stop bad, or shut up." He thinks that whooping her and yelling at her is doing good and that is what we should do. I think that sitting her in her time out chair in the time out corner while getting on her level to explain to her why she is in trouble would do allot better. Then on top of this she listens to her father to much so she is cusseing allot and I dont know how to explain to her that it is bad.
