Zombies that can run vs. zombies in mobs?

When i saw the dawn of the dead remake i was like holy **** they can haul *** now and when i saw george a romeros other zombie flicks i see the mob zombie attack but which would be worse? Silent creep behind you while you pee zombie or haul *** at you when they see you on a roof zombie? I cant shoot and run and know where im going but i also cant have eyes to see whats behind me 24/7
