I was unjustly convicted ,conviction was overturned.To whom do I apply for compensation and how do I proceed?

I was taken into custody 04/26/06 and remained in jail until 06/26/08 when I was sent to prison.My conviction was reversed by The Court of Appeals 09/29/09. I remained in prison until 12/01/09 when I was taken back to Pinal county jail for a new trial. I was held on a $150,000.00 CASH bond (very excessive for a medically retired miner on a fixed income) until 04/13/11 when the judge lowered my bond to $5,000.00 secured bond ($500.00 cash) and I bailed myself out.The prosecutor moved to dismissed the charges without prejudice on 05/27/11 and the judge ordered the charges dismissed. I was in custody from 04/26/06 until 04/13/11,thirteen days short of five years.I need your help in this matter as it pertains to Pinal County (3.5 year in jail) and the State of Arizona (1.5 years in A.D.O.C.) .Who do I contact and how? Is there an organization that helps people who have had this happen to them? I thank you for any and all help you can give me,as I have no idea how to proceed. There does not seem to be a department of "Whoops We Messed Up" for Pinal County or the State of Arizona :)
