Why would my ugly loser mother do this to me?

her ugly son/ my ugly brother stole my bus fair money today to buy something from the store, so now I have no money to get to school and I have missed to days already and today will be my third, so that means that I will be dropped from that class by my professor. He hid in the bathroom and I waited for him to come outside so I could give him a spanking a hurtful butt whooping and when he came out she blocked him and told him to go outside and play and that's what he is doing right now she didn't punish him at all that loser told him to go outside and play. why would she do this?
