What do you get when you kill George Romero on Call of the Dead?-Black ops?

I'm not going to believe the stupid rumours on an 8th perk. Because I have watched enough videos to know that that is bullshit. So when George Romero is killed, I always notic that he drops two things. A death machine, and something else. It kinda looks like a single bullet, or my first reaction was a molotov cocktail. Please answer if you know the second power-up he drops, thanks
